Shipping & Delivery

We process orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard Shipping takes 7–20 business days, while Express Shipping (available on select items) delivers in 5–12 business days. Free shipping is offered on orders over $50, with a $4.99 flat rate for orders under $50. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, which may take 3–5 business days to update. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues; contact our Customer Care Team for assistance. We ship worldwide, though delivery times and customs fees may vary. Any customs fees or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Products

All Mogul Lux products are sourced from trusted suppliers to ensure authenticity and quality. Some products include warranties; check individual product descriptions or contact us for details. If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and return reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Exchanges are only available for larger sizes or different versions of the same product.
