At Mogul Lux, each guide is created with intention, research, and professional insight. Because our services are educational and consultative in nature, our refund policy reflects the customized value of the work provided.

General Beauty & Surgery Guides

Refunds are accepted for general, non-personalized digital guides within 48 hours of purchase, provided the guide has not been downloaded or fully accessed. After access has been granted, all sales are considered final due to the digital nature of the product.

Personalized Surgery Guides & Consultations

All personalized guides, blueprint plans, and one-on-one consultations are non-refundable.

These services involve individualized analysis, time investment, and proprietary methodology tailored specifically to your facial and/or body structure. Once a personalized assessment has begun, the service cannot be returned.

However, your satisfaction matters.

Revisions and re-evaluations are allowed within a 10-day window from delivery of your personalized guide. During this period, you may request clarification, refinement, or additional explanation related to your original consultation goals.

After 10 days, additional revisions may require a separate booking.
